DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon P2 Plénitude Brut 2000
DOM PÉRIGNON
After the launch of the first 'Plénitude’ of the 2000 vintage to world wide renown, this exceptional vintage, is launched in its 'second Plenitude'. The P2 now sits among the lengendary champagnes of this generation. The Wine spends a number of years on lees resulting in a highly dynamic Wine. Compared to the first plenitude, the P2 is known as a "bigger Wine" - with all the elements that Dom Perignon is known for (unique aromas and creamy texture), overcharged to deliver a "cinematic" champagne-drinking experience.

BERLUCCHI
Since 1955, Berlucchi is the market leader of the Champagne Method in Italy. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are coming from totally converted organic vineyards and are carefully hand-picked into small boxes separated into single lots. The whole clusters are then pressed slowly with very little pressure followed by the aging process of minimum 18 months before blending.
