Montes Winemaker’s Choice Chardonnay is a white slightly on the bold side, semi-dry, with mild acidity and a pleasant, creamy texture. On the nose, apple with some peach and dried appricot – some hints of citrus fruits but far less prominent than the Sauvignon Blanc. While the Mones Sauvignon Blanc is a wine for the sun, the Chardonnay is one for for the evenings. Works great with fish, and white meats.
